Carolyn Rossi Copeland - Producer
As the founding Artistic Producing Director of the Lamb’s Theatre Company (1979-1996), Ms. Rossi Copeland in her 17-year tenure built the company into a multimillion dollar business.  While at the Lamb’s, she produced, directed and created many award-winning plays and musicals including: the original Smoke on the Mountain; Horton Foote’s Road to Home starring Jean Stapleton; a revival of Godspell; the annual Christmas production of The Gifts of the Magi which played in New York for ten years and toured the U.S., Europe and Soviet Union; Mark St. Germain and Randy Court’s Johnny Pye and Joseph and Mary; Andrew Lippa and Tom Greenwald’s John and Jen; Nassif Lindsey’s Opal; and Ray Bradbury’s The Wonderful Ice Cream Suite.  Also, she managed and oversaw such hits as The Boys Next Door, Cotton Patch Gospel, and the long-running Beau Jest.  She also created and taught an after school drama program for the children of the midtown homeless shelters. Carolyn Rossi Copeland was also hired by Radio City Entertainment/Madison Square Garden Productions, A Cablevision Company, in July of 1998 as Producer of the Broadway production THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL.  This show made Broadway history as the first musical to be re-written and re-cast while still running on Broadway.  She was promoted to the Executive Staff Vice President of Creative Affairs where she oversaw the production and development of new musicals and extravaganzas.  She was also a consultant producer for Gaylord Entertainment where she produced works for the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman Auditorium. In addition to producing over fifty off-Broadway shows, one international tour and three national tours, Ms. Rossi Copeland is the recipient of Drama Desk and Obie Awards and is listed in The Who’s Who of Women in the Theatre and a member of The League of American Theatres and Producers.

Chris Cragin Day - Assistant to the Producer
Chris has just earned her MFA in Stage Directing from Baylor University. In addition to her administrative work at the Lamb’s, Chris has also worked as an actress, theatre teacher, and playwright outside of New York.

Mary Kickel - House Manager/ Assistant to the Producer
Mary has worked at The Lamb’s Theatre since the spring of 2003. She is currently serving as house manager and office assistant for the theatre.
